Salary Range: 105000 to 160000 (Currency: USD) (Pay period: per-year-salary)

What You’ll Do

• Think Tank / Do Tank: Identify, structure, and drive forward the key strategic thinking and execution on key revenue questions, challenges, and blockers facing the business
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Conduct in-depth analyses to uncover insights that will inform our strategy, guide investments, and provide actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align our GTM efforts, execute on your recommendations, and drive cohesive growth.
• Planning and Accountability: Design and implement scalable processes and metrics that enable business health reporting on key initiatives and feedback loops on what is working and what is not.
• Experimentation: Lead a culture of continuous improvement through data-driven experiments and rapid iteration to unlock our go to market machine.

A Day In The Life

• Pricing & packaging refresh: Update our bundles to align with customer needs and value + integrating new capabilities
• Account scoring: How do we prioritize what accounts sales should spend their time pursuing?
• Churn prediction model: How do we flag at-risk accounts to help customer success prioritize time protecting revenue?
• Self-serve funnel optimization: What is the biggest lever we can pull within our self-serve program to increase revenue?

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years of experience in business operations, strategy consulting, or a similar execution focused business strategy role, bonus points for doing so in a high-growth tech environment
• Strong analytical skills with a track record of translating complex data into actionable insights
• Experience with GTM strategy, SaaS business models, and B2B marketing
• Excellent project management skills and ability to drive results in a high growth, ambiguous environment
• A bias to action: you combine strategic with a hands-on, execution-focused approach
• Ownership mentality- you feel a strong sense of accountability for your actions and results
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• An ‘I don’t know, but I’ll figure it out’ mindset
