Responsibilities

The essential functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Leads a team of 5-10 Quality Control Specialists
• Manages daily workflow for the team and adjusts as necessary
• Acts as the main point of contact for any escalation issues that arise (internal or external)
• Reviews call and email data for trend analysis, operational efficiency, and training purposes (mostly email communication)
• Collaborates with other internal groups to close gaps upstream or downstream that will lead to a better customer experience
• Assists with onboarding and training new employees that will be directly reporting to him/her

Qualifications

• A true passion for people, problem solving and the customer experience
• Fun, confident, and calm personality
• Someone that leads with compassion and integrity and sets a great example for their team
• 1+ years of insurance experience required
• Excellent time management and leadership skills
• Team player, highly adaptable (and coachable!), always striving for personal and professional improvement
• Detail oriented, strong written and verbal communication skills

The expected salary range for this position is between:

$45,000.00 - $55,000.00

The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
