  • 7+ years of proven experience in account management or sales roles working directly with enterprise accounts and stakeholders at the corporate and national level
  • A deep technical understanding of SmartRent's products and the ability to articulate our solutions to customers in a digestible manner
  • Past success in meeting sales quotas in an enterprise sales environment
  • Knowledge of the top national properties management companies and customer relationship management practices

Responsibilities
  • Identify key staff within our top national accounts to cultivate strong, profitable relationships
  • Understand key corporate accounts needs and develop plans to address them with SmartRent’s solutions
  • Work with the broader sales team to stay aligned with client processes and procedures to expand new business opportunities and advance the account
  • Responsible for assigned quota tied to top national accounts’ owned assets
  • Promote high-quality sales and account management processes
  • Liaison between property owners and top national accounts
  • Resolve account complaints quickly and effectively
  • Partner with our Solutions Engineers team for in-depth technical conversations and understanding of our clients' workflow and how we seamlessly integrate
  • Foster a relationship that results in being added to the Account’s recommendation for all SmartRent products
  • Become an expert not only in SmartRent solutions but in smart home technology and competitors' offerings, to take a truly consultative approach for our industry partners
  • Attend industry events and conferences with other sales and marketing team members
  • Provide Implementation support as needed
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with the Multifamily residential and/or PropTech industry
  • Experience working for a SaaS and/or Hardware vendor (IoT, smart home, access control, Wi-Fi, etc.)
