- At least one year of prior apartment maintenance experience is required.
- Experience with interior painting and pool maintenance is required.
- Applicants must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Applicants must have reliable transportation.
- Perform necessary repairs and preventive maintenance to preserve buildings, equipment, and the site at peak operating and appearance levels while controlling expenses.
- Perform direct repairs and replacements of mechanical and structural systems within the property.
- Complete make-readies.
- Assist the lead with all duties.
- Maintain cleanliness of the grounds.
- Current certification in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, pool maintenance, and electrical work is preferred.
