Requirements
  • 5+ years managing Account Executive's selling at the Enterprise/Strategic level
  • Experience in enterprise sales environment required, Cybersecurity industry strongly preferred
  • Proven consistent achievement of goals through the leadership and motivation of a team
  • Ability to leverage KPIs to measure the business and make informed strategic decisions
  • Experience in hiring, developing and retaining talent
  • Exceptional command of enterprise sales methodology and the ability to coach to it
  • Experience working with, and enabling, relevant channel partners in the Central and West
Responsibilities
  • Motivate and manage Sales professionals to drive upsell & cross sell pipeline across all Enterprise accounts
  • Coach team to improve every week, while also helping to bring deals over the finish line
  • Coordinate, direct and monitor weekly KPI activities of your Account Executives
  • Collaborate with management and other team leaders to identify strategies to achieve sales goals and uncover new, high value opportunities
  • Monitor team performance and provide accurate, ongoing metrics
  • High proficiency in Salesforce, Clari and other sales tools
  • Work to grow channel business to ensure partners are leveraged to increase pipeline and add value in all existing accounts
  • Inspire the team with open communication and driving the right culture and results to succeed
  • Create repeatable processes and playbooks for existing accounts
