- Hold an AEC, DEC, university certificate, or first-cycle degree in computer science or an equivalent discipline.
- For diplomas earned outside Canada, provide a comparative evaluation from MIFI.
- Attach a copy of the diploma to the submission.
- Have excellent spoken and written French proficiency.
- Have experience with VBA and Visual Basic 6.
- Have experience with MS-Access 2000 or later, including MS-Access Microsoft 365 version 16 in both 32-bit and 64-bit versions.
- Have experience with Azure DevOps and Git.
- Have experience with .mdw security files.
- Have experience migrating information assets to Azure.
- Perform functional analysis.
- Write or revise functional specifications.
- Write or revise the operations manual.
- Perform programming and unit testing.
- Perform functional and integration testing.
- Deploy the system to production.
- Write the user guide.
- Produce the analysis dossier, functional dossiers, operations manual, test specifications and data, integrated-test report, production-deployment plan, user manual, anomaly register, product backlog, operational procedures and user guide, scripts, web services, metadata, catalog, tracking documents, and presentations.
