  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3 years of experience in digital video or broadcast TV production
  • Proven strategic skills and creative storytelling techniques to produce compelling short-form vertical videos for social media
  • Knowledge and experience with video shooting and scripting
  • Experience coordinating with talent
  • Proficiency in using video editing software, social in-app editing tools, and video asset management
  • Proficient with editing and organizational tools—knowledge of Adobe Suite (including Premiere editing), Google Workplace, and Apple OS
Responsibilities
  • Generate short and long-form ideas for digital videos and broadcast news reports
  • Work closely with all CR stakeholders, including Editorial, Advocacy, Labs, Survey, & Communications, to produce, script, shoot, and edit video
  • Conceive and execute compelling visual storytelling techniques, including graphics and text, user-generated content, and other elements (self-created or AI-assisted)
  • Coordinate with appropriate stakeholders in Tech, Editorial, Survey, and Legal
  • Using production management software, coordinate with social and video team managers to meet all production and publication deadlines
