  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
  • at least 3 years of experience in digital video or broadcast TV production
  • knowledge and experience with video shooting and scripting
  • using video editing software
  • social in-app editing tools
  • video asset management
  • proficient with editing and organizational tools—knowledge of Adobe Suite (including) Premiere editing, Google Workplace, and Apple OS
Responsibilities
  • Generate short and long-form ideas for digital videos and broadcast news reports.
  • Work closely with all CR stakeholders, including Editorial, Advocacy, Labs, Survey, & Communications, to produce, script, shoot, and edit video.
  • Conceive and execute compelling visual storytelling techniques, including graphics and text, user-generated content, and other elements (self-created or AI-assisted).
  • Coordinate with appropriate stakeholders in Tech, Editorial, Survey, and Legal.
  • Using production management software, coordinate with social and video team managers to meet all production and publication deadlines.
