  • 4+ years of sales experience in a channel role with consistent, documented quota overachievement
  • Experience in building/running channel marketing campaigns
  • Experience with building and running sales training and enablement programs
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
  • Referenceable experience building, executing and iterating on measurable engagements from the ground-up
  • Experience within the Fleet Management space
  • Familiarity with the commercial fleet space
  • Experience within Enterprise SaaS sales
  • Fluency in French, German, or Dutch
Responsibilities
  • Own the development and execution of partner programs, with a focus on:
  • Scope out the ecosystem surrounding Samsara's customers
  • Autonomously source new partner opportunities
  • Own the partner application, evaluation and onboarding process for UK & I
  • Develop and maintain high value relationships within the Samsara sales team and partners
  • Achieve quarterly and annually sales and pipeline targets
  • Champion, role model, and embed Samsara's cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team)
