Responsibilities
  • General day to day client group support of compensation needs coordinating closely with HR Business Partners, Finance and Business Leaders
  • Support and play a lead role in regular compensation activities including annual compensation planning cycle, promotion review periods and salary survey participation.
  • Lead compensation projects, which may include job framework changes, organizational changes, M&A activity, and incentive design work.
  • Conduct compensation benchmark assessments, actively seeking market intelligence and industry specific data to inform appropriate solutions
  • Review and approve employment offers – consulting with Talent Acquisition, HR business partners and business leaders
  • Actively participate in compensation compliance activities across all jurisdictions
