About the role
Zillow Group is seeking a Listing Support Consultant to join our growing Rentals team. In this position, you will engage and help property managers with their listings on the Zillow site. This is a chance to create a big impact in one of the fastest-growing businesses at Zillow. If you are a detailed, successful self-starter wanting to develop a career with the nation’s largest real estate network, look no further. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Provide offline email support as well as occasional support via voice to Zillow clients and internal sales pros
- Work through routine listing problems that arise post-launch.
- Help clients set up community feeds.
- Ensure that we are exceeding our customers’ billing needs and resolve any requests within the handling of their account.
- Be a standout colleague - be willing and able to communicate with all customers and members of other departments openly.
- Assist with regular and routine account maintenance
- Participate in feedback sessions with support and engineering teams
- Assist in the training and onboarding of newly hired Listing Support Consultants
- Troubleshoot sophisticated listing issues (feed issues, payment research, boost, mapping issues)
This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $28.90 - $46.10 Hourly. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC and may not be applicable to other locations.In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.
