Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end support, customization, integration, and maintenance of Oracle Enterprise Performance Management modules, with emphasis on UCPLAN, ensuring alignment with campus financial planning requirements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for UCPLAN and Oracle Enterprise Performance Management modules, providing guidance on architecture and technical domain best practices.
  • Design, develop, and test configurations and extensions across Oracle Enterprise Performance Management modules.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and design technical solutions.
  • Facilitate workshops, document requirements, and lead gap analysis sessions to recommend scalable solutions for evolving campus needs.
  • Troubleshoot complex system issues and provide advanced support for incident resolution, application upgrades, and patch management.
  • Monitor system performance, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions for recurring issues.
  • Configure and customize Oracle Cloud Enterprise Performance Management modules, and manage service requests and escalations.
  • Mentor team members and stakeholders on Enterprise Performance Management best practices.
  • Recommend process improvements, revise existing system logic, and design, develop, and implement new applications, systems architecture, network systems, and application infrastructures.
  • Communicate and present system enhancements and alternatives to IT management.
  • Perform other related work as needed.
Desired Qualifications
  • A bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, business, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least seven years of hands-on experience with Oracle Enterprise Performance Management is preferred.
  • Experience across Oracle Enterprise Performance Management modules, including EDMCS, EPBCS, FCCS, PCMCS, ARCS, and Freeform, is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Oracle Enterprise Performance Management data architecture, REST and SOAP APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle EPM Automate, and Oracle EPM data workflow is preferred.
  • Leadership experience leading cross-functional teams, delivering complex EPM implementations, and supporting enterprise-scale environments is preferred.
  • A background in higher education or nonprofit environments is preferred.
  • Oracle Cloud Certification, functional and/or technical, is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud, FBDI, ADFDI, and other Oracle tools is preferred.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements, financial controls, and audit processes impacting ERP systems is preferred.
  • A track record of delivering successful ERP projects in a lead or architect role is preferred.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex solutions on time and within budget is preferred.
  • The ability to build partnerships with IT and cross-departmental business leaders is preferred.
  • A commitment to continuous learning, innovation, and change management is preferred.
