Requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and good time management skills
  • Sound customer service and communication skills
  • Some knowledge of commercial auto helpful but not required
  • Knowledge of The Commonwealth Auto Reinsurers is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Review of submissions for eligibility and completeness
  • Entry of submissions and other transactions to either the e-app or policy administration system
  • Issuance of the least complex submissions
  • Research of driver and vehicle information for validity using Atlas and other related sources
  • Correction of RMV errors
  • Research and correction of the less complex CAR error reports
  • Renewal updating on system referrals
  • Communication with agents
Desired Qualifications
  • Some knowledge of commercial auto helpful but not required
  • Knowledge of The Commonwealth Auto Reinsurers is a plus
