Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in a corporate environment as program manager or similar; familiarity with talent tools and processes a plus
  • 1+ years of experience in a talent acquisition role
  • Experience creating and executing against a 6+ month roadmap; including managing multiple lanes of work to a deadline, influencing and keeping stakeholders informed, and measuring success based on business goals and metrics
  • A strategic thinker who can leverage data to form insights, identify root cause, evaluate risks and tradeoffs, and influence decisions
  • A strong, highly collaborative working style, and a willingness to roll-up your sleeves and execute
  • Strong relationship management skills with an ability to build trust and credibility with senior stakeholders to influence decision making
  • Ability to be nimble in order to respond to shifting priorities to meet business needs
Responsibilities
  • Develop work plan and timeline with key dependencies, deliverables, and milestones
  • Lead corporate talent acquisition process enablement and training initiatives, solicit buy in, partner with global cross-functional teams and deliver scalable solutions
  • Act as the voice of the recruiter to lead creation and evolution of workflows for new and existing tools in our recruiter tools ecosystem (Greenhouse,Gem, HireEZ, LinkedIn, etc)
  • Develop and execute training strategies that reflect evolved best practices and new tool launches
  • Establish a corporate recruiting center of excellence, which will be the centralized hub for templates, tools, and best practices for all the global recruiting organization
  • Analyze data to identify trends, provide insights and make recommendations to stakeholders and cross-functional partners to develop scalable solutions, programs and policies to improve the recruiter and candidate experiences
  • Continuously evaluate the training program by defining, measuring, and assessing success metrics and feedback collection to drive decision making and program iteration
  • Collaborate closely with our talent technology team to propose and drive system and process improvements that align with evolving business needs, deliver results, and enable us to grow and scale
