- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Systems, Science, or a related field is required; Environmental Science or Environmental Technology is preferred.
- Two to five years of professional experience conducting life cycle assessments.
- Knowledge of sustainability management and carbon accounting standards, including the ISO 14040 series, Product Environmental Footprint, ISO 14067, Greenhouse Gas Protocol, and PAS 2050.
- Hands-on experience with cloud foundations such as Azure, Amazon Web Services, or Google Cloud, application programming interfaces, and data analytics tools such as Databricks and Power BI.
- A strong quantitative or technical background with analytical ability, curiosity to investigate issues, conduct research, design solutions, and translate results into business practices.
- Basic programming experience is beneficial.
- Good written and spoken English communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills for explaining technical concepts to non-expert audiences.
- Build and maintain complex life cycle assessment models for products and materials using SimaPro, GaBi, or openLCA.
- Ensure studies adhere to ISO 14040/14044 and support the creation of Environmental Product Declarations.
- Transform life cycle assessment findings into practical business recommendations aligned with business goals and sustainability key performance indicators.
- Participate in cross-functional life cycle assessment implementation projects from design through delivery, translating business needs into technical specifications for developers and engineers.
- Build and implement integrated, automated life cycle assessment systems that deliver actionable insights at scale using cloud software platforms and application programming interface integrations.
- Bridge stakeholder vision and requirements with technical execution across cloud, customer relationship management, and data analytics ecosystems.
- Develop artificial intelligence-driven solutions to accelerate life cycle assessment and Environmental Product Declaration generation.
- Lead technical and innovative life cycle assessment tasks and objectives and conduct research initiatives.
- Participate in pre-sales activities, create proofs of concept and solution presentation decks, and contribute to the general life cycle assessment offering.
