The Business Intelligence Analyst will be a core member of our Revenue Operations team, which supports marketing, sales and customer success with strategic thought partnership and operational support. Core responsibilities for this role will include:
What you will be doing:
- Generate actionable insights using analytical and visualization tools like Domo, MySQL, Python, R, etc.
- Build and maintain reports for key stakeholders across the business
- Create documentation for metrics and processes to encourage self-service analytics across different teams
- Diagnose issues related to the data processes and pipeline
- Support executive leaders with strategic projects by supplying data and insights
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university
- Experience with visualization tools like Tableau/Domo preferred
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
