  • Lead and cultivate a team of Sales Representatives
  • Monitor, evaluate, and develop the performance and quota attainment of individuals on your teams
  • Mentor and enable your team by observing sales behavior
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among Sales Representatives and cross-functional partners
  • Validate that Sales Representatives have pipeline to meet business targets
  • Be a thought partner to the Territory Leadership Team
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations and City Operations to analyze results
