Responsibilities
  • Boost stylists’ confidence with inspirational in-salon education programs
  • Plan and promote creative seminars throughout the territory
  • Educate Sales Team, stylists, and salon owners on new product initiatives
  • Work independently and with Account Executives to identify potential new customers and strengthen relationships
  • Develop education plans to promote growth, creativity, and loyalty with top ten client base
  • Maintain monthly activity report and share success and opportunities with manager and education team
  • Co-ordinate field programs collaboratively with sales and education team partners
  • Complete monthly education reports and assist in recruitment, training, and certifications
  • Inspire top 10-salon stylists and salons to support their team development
  • Contribute recommendations to evolve education offerings and improve existing and future programs
  • Assist and support in planning, development, and execution of major industry shows, launches, and meetings
