- Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

- Experience administering Linux systems
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker/Podman, Kubernetes, Helm)
- Design, implement, and manage GitLab CI/CD pipelines for containerized applications
- Integrate security scanning, SBOM generation, image signing, and artifact promotion into build workflows
- Automate deployment to Kubernetes environments using Helm and FluxCD
- Support dependency management and open-source scanning using tools like Renovate
- Troubleshoot pipeline issues and optimize CI/CD performance
- Collaborate with security teams to ensure RMF/ATO-aligned evidence collection from pipelines
- Administer and maintain Linux-based systems supporting DevSecOps infrastructure
- Contribute to continuous improvement of DevSecOps practices and tooling
- 5+ years of DevSecOps engineering experience
- Experience with RHEL and RHEL-based Linux distributions
- Experience with the Coder K8s-based development environment
- Strong understanding of the DoD DevSecOps Reference Guide and DSOP factory pipelines
- Supply chain security experience (SBOM generation, image signing, vulnerability scanning)
- Familiarity with Windows server administration and automation
- Knowledge of RMF/ATO compliance requirements
