Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Data Science, or a related quantitative field, or an advanced quantitative degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • At least 4 years of experience in analytics, data science, or quantitative business roles, or 3+ years of relevant experience with an advanced quantitative degree.
  • At least 5 years of experience designing and analyzing A/B tests, multivariate tests, and holdout/control experiments.
  • At least 3 years of experience with Mastercard APT or comparable incrementality testing platforms.
  • Deep expertise in experimental design, power analysis, hypothesis testing, and statistical significance.
  • Intermediate to advanced SQL skills for querying databases, building custom datasets, conducting exploratory analysis, and validating data quality.
  • Intermediate to advanced Python skills for data manipulation, statistical analysis, exploratory data analysis, and automation.
  • Strong data visualization skills using Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Understanding of data quality, validation, and documentation, including experience integrating data from multiple sources.
  • Competency in regression analysis, causal inference, cohort analysis, and other quantitative methods.

Responsibilities
  • Work with stakeholders across product, marketing, operations, and strategy to understand business objectives and challenges.
  • Translate business questions into testable hypotheses and frame problems in statistical and analytical terms.
  • Scope test-and-learn initiatives across acquisition, engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
  • Identify data requirements and integration needs, and partner with data engineering and analytics teams to prepare datasets.
  • Design A/B tests, multivariate tests, and holdout/control experiments, including treatment, control, and sample allocation strategies.
  • Apply power analysis and sample size calculations, and document assumptions and methodology.
  • Use Mastercard APT to configure, execute, and monitor test cells and measure incremental lift against control groups.
  • Account for seasonality, holdout group limitations, technical feasibility, and compliance requirements in test design.
  • Use SQL and Python to extract, validate, and prepare test results and outcome data.
  • Apply statistical testing, confidence interval estimation, and causal inference methods to measure incremental lift and validate results.
  • Use Adobe Analytics to track experiment performance, segment results by customer cohort, and identify interaction effects.
  • Build lifetime value models to estimate long-term effects on customer value, retention curves, and profitability.
  • Conduct sensitivity analyses and validate findings against alternative model specifications.
  • Translate incremental lift, lifetime value impact, and statistical findings into clear, business-focused recommendations.
  • Quantify business impact and prioritize recommendations by impact, feasibility, and strategic alignment.
  • Design communication materials and visualizations for peer review, leadership, and operational execution teams.
  • Identify, gather, and integrate digital, clickstream, transactional, campaign, and third-party data sources.
  • Apply data quality techniques, validation checks, and documentation standards.
  • Build analytical datasets and dashboards for ongoing monitoring and learning from test initiatives.
  • Document data lineage, assumptions, and methodology for peer review and compliance.
  • Advocate for test-and-learn as a discipline and educate stakeholders on experimental design, statistical concepts, and best practices.
  • Document playbooks and share learning across teams.
  • Collaborate with Fractal partners and subject matter experts on insurance, customer experience, and analytics best practices.
Desired Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics, including funnel analysis, customer journey mapping, and experiment performance tracking.
  • Experience building or applying lifetime value models to evaluate customer value, retention, and lifetime profitability.
  • Experience running test-and-learn programs for insurance or financial services products.
  • Experience working in consulting or advisory roles and translating technical findings for non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with financial services and insurance, customer acquisition, onboarding, or member experience workflows.

Fractal launches India Business Unit to accelerate AI transformation with Cogentiq platform

Fractal Analytics has launched a dedicated India Business Unit to help large Indian enterprises accelerate business transformation through its enterprise agentic AI platform, Cogentiq, and other products. The global AI company, which serves Fortune 500 organisations, has appointed Rishi Seth as head of the new unit. Fractal has partnered with multiple Global Capability Centers in India and was selected under the IndiaAI Mission to develop a Large Reasoning Model for India. The company recently signed a partnership with the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation to deploy AI-powered citizen health services. The India Business Unit will be part of Fractal's APAC practice. Fractal's Vaidya.ai launches BMC Health AI chatbot on WhatsApp for Mumbai

Fractal has launched the beta version of the BMC Health AI Chatbot on WhatsApp, powered by its Vaidya.ai platform, in partnership with the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation. The free multilingual service delivers health information to Mumbai residents through WhatsApp. The deployment is the first under a memorandum of understanding signed in July 2026 between Fractal and BMC. The initiative also includes AI-powered doctor support tools and public health intelligence systems being piloted across BMC facilities. Fractal was selected by the Government of India under the IndiaAI Mission to build the nation's first reasoning model focused on healthcare. Vaidya.ai is the first AI model to score above 50 on OpenAI's HealthBench (Hard), outperforming GPT-5 and Gemini Pro 3. Fractal posts 20% revenue growth and 92% net income growth in Q1 FY27

Fractal Analytics reported consolidated operating revenue of Rs 912.5 crore in Q1 FY27, marking 20% year-on-year growth. The Mumbai-based enterprise AI company's healthcare and life sciences division led growth with 69% year-on-year expansion, becoming its second-largest industry segment. Net income surged 92% year-on-year to Rs 72.3 crore, whilst adjusted EBITDA margin expanded by 189 basis points to 17%. The company's banking, financial services, and insurance division grew 36%, and its largest segment, consumer packaged goods and retail, increased 19%. Technology, media, and telecommunications declined 22%. Group CEO Srikanth Velamakanni attributed the strong performance to enterprises allocating significant AI transformation budgets, resulting in larger deal sizes. Excluding TMT, the business grew 35% year-on-year. Net revenue retention stood at 117%, with a net promoter score of 77.
