Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Collect data through methods such as patient chart reviews, aggregate and analyze data for trends, recommend alternative courses of action, and measure the success of changes.
  • Collect and analyze data required to maintain certifications and support optimal reimbursement of services provided.
  • Assist with developing and implementing patient safety and quality improvement initiatives, using appropriate problem-solving and benchmarking tools to assess success.
  • Identify strategic opportunities to improve preventive screening rates, chronic disease management, and customer satisfaction through data analysis.
  • Assist with core measure and registry abstraction, analysis, improvement, and data submission.
  • Analyze performance data and trends to support enterprise-wide Performance Improvement goals and ensure that data is accurate, meaningful, and easily interpreted.
  • Interpret data definitions and communicate findings verbally and in writing to key leaders to facilitate improvements.
  • Track and validate data accuracy and timeliness.
  • Perform assurance tasks such as inter-rater reliability.
Desired Qualifications
