Requirements
  • 1-3 years of A/R and billing experience in a high-tech SAAS subscription environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Zuora & Salesforce experience required. Workday, Jira and & Zendesk experience preferred
  • Must be self-motivated, flexible and be able to change priorities in a challenging and fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Order-to-cash business process management experience preferred
  • Knowledge of GAAP as applied to accounts receivable and revenue recognition related activities a plus
Responsibilities
  • Assist with client billing activities for multiple entities globally
  • Provide support to drive improvements in billing process, automation and internal controls, ensuring financial obligations are met in accordance with Company policies and SOX requirements
  • Research and promptly respond to billing-related inquiries
  • Ability to handle high volume of work, including ability to multi-task and prioritize work efficiently
  • Provide back up support on collections. credit analyst and cash applications when needed
