Requirements
  • 5+ years of B2B cybersecurity sales experience
  • 4+ years of experience successfully driving high performing Federal DoD field sales
  • Experience selling into the Department of Defense
  • Familiarity with Federal contracting vehicles & processes
  • Familiarity with SOCs and Security personas is a must
  • Strong security industry contacts in the prospective customer and influencer communities
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to create a business plan, build a strong business pipeline, accurately forecast and close business
  • Experience in managing sales to customers located around the world is preferred
  • Experience in growing and developing partner/channel programs
  • Experience building demand generation plans with marketing
  • Experience in a high-velocity SaaS environment
  • Advanced knowledge of CRM management (preferably HubSpot)
  • Proven ability to institute a repeatable sales process to drive performance
  • Strong storytelling capabilities
  • You enjoy identifying and solving hard problems
  • You are comfortable taking an idea from concept to customer
  • You are open to both explaining your stance and questioning others in a clinical, open-minded, and respectful manner

Responsibilities
  • Be responsible for owning and exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets to drive revenue growth in the Federal DoD space
  • Help build on our Federal Reseller, Channel and Technical Partner strategies
  • Engage in and embrace the processes to support accurate and timely sales forecasting
  • Help execute a strong go-to-market strategy that spans sales, customer success, and marketing
  • Own all aspects from building pipeline to prospecting to closing
  • Collaborate with and help inspire a world-class sales team, with a clear path for advancement
  • Work directly with the leadership team to optimize product messaging and sales cycles
  • Collaborate with other cross-functional teams (product, sales, biz ops, etc.) to drive critical strategic projects
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
