Job Summary
As an Associate Recruiter, you will be responsible for increasing national agent base through phone marketing, email, social media, internet research and implementation of sales techniques. Your role is crucial in maintaining Neishloss & Fleming’s high standards and reinforcing our reputation as a leader in the senior market.
Primary Responsibilities
Expand agent base through the implementation of strategic recruitment marketing workflows and talent-attraction practices.
Learn, and deliver product / industry information to agents.
Apply sales techniques to achieve set marketing goals for outreach and new agent contracts
Communicate effectively and professionally in person, over the phone, and in writing with applicants, candidates, and potential agents
Attend sales meetings, trade shows, and industry training seminars as needed
Appropriately track and prioritize assigned work/tasks
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
Microsoft Office proficiency required
Ability to obtain and maintain applicable PA Department of Insurance Health and Life License required
Competitive industry and product knowledge preferred
Sales process experience preferred.
Reliable transportation required
Travel may be required
