First Entertainment Credit Union is looking for a Loan Support Representative who will be responsible for providing exceptional member service through our Loan Experience Center and other various communication channels. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable in Lending Operations with a solution-driven mindset. The Loan Support Representative will focus on building relationships with members and identify opportunities to refer credit union products and services.
This is a full-time, hybrid opportunity reporting to Loan Servicing and Compliance Manager and is based in Hollywood, CA. The target pay in California is between $24.00 and $29.95.
Responsibilities
·Provide exceptional member service through various communication channels, including calls, secured messaging, and other tasks within the department.
·Accurately present information and perform tasks associated with Lending Operations.
·Respond to and resolve telephonic inquiries such as explaining loan servicing, process and procedures, technical assistance, concerns regarding existing loans and any other lending related matters.
·Ensure compliance with all credit union policies and procedures within Lending Operations.
·Perform and review quality control audit reports to ensure loans and credit cards are properly funded and documented.
·Review and utilize quality control standards to identify training needs, process enhancements, system changes and other initiatives to create and increase efficiencies.
·Actively promote credit union products and services to members, including those related to online banking and other digital self-serve options.
·Participate in ongoing training to stay current with credit union products and services.
·Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
·High school graduate or equivalent. Work-related experience or related college degree preferred.
·A minimum of 2 years of work-related experience in a full-service financial institution or experience in a related position in a related field.
·Working knowledge of Credit Union products and services, procedures and guidelines, and field of membership requirements.
·Working knowledge of regulations applicable to essential responsibilities.
·Effective communication skills across all levels of audience.
Proficiency in MS Office products on a daily basis (Word, Excel, Outlook), Meridian Link and Symitar for Windows (Episys).
