Job Description – PS FSCM Techno Functional
Responsibilities
• Analyze, code and test software (both new and changes to existing programs) from design specifications.
• Ensure the finished product meets the design objectives and any other appropriate criteria associated with the system requirements.
• Produce complete and accurate documentation for work based on program standards.
• Work with customer (Development, Functional, Technical and Interface/Conversion) to confirm and substantiate functional and technical designs.
• Create technical design specifications
• Assist with configuration of applications software
• Assist in Upgrade from to 9.2
• Provide production support for the PeopleSoft 9.2 applications.
• Activities include program analysis, testing and system enhancements. Some support may be outside of normal business hours.
Qualifications:
• The FSCM modules in scope are Asset Management, Billing, Contracts, Expenses, eBill Payment, General Ledger, Inventory, Payables, Pay/Bill Management, Project Costing, Purchasing, Receivables, Resource Management & Staffing Front Office. Proficiency in at least 4 or more -
• Minimum 9-12 yrs of experience as a PeopleSoft FSCM technical-functional consultant.
• Healthcare provider/hospital IT experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience with the technical upgrade and implementation of PeopleSoft FSCM modules.
• Upgrade and new implementation experience with PeopleSoft 9.1 and 9.2 modules
• At least 3 new implementation or upgrade projects in recent experience.
• PeopleSoft product experience across multiple PeopleTools versions.
• Extensive experience interfacing PS modules with various third party systems.
• Experience designing, building, testing and documenting customizations; interfaces; data conversion/load; reports.
• Experience with the following PeopleSoft Technical tools:
• Workflow, PeopleTools, PeopleCode, SQR Application Engine, Application Messaging, Integration Broker / REST, Component Interface, PS query, Data Mover, Application Package
• Ability to develop standard reports using SQR, Crystal, Query XML Publisher.
• Knowledge in newer technologies like Page Configurator, Field Configurator, Work Center etc. desirable
• Upgrade experience required.
• Delivered value-add initiatives in previous engagements an added advantage.
• Well experienced, proactive, takes initiatives, and client handling skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
