Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant work experience in Finance/Accounting
  • Previous experience with budgeting and analysis
  • Able to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment
  • Objective oriented with a strong emphasis on business partnership and continuous improvement
  • Effective communication and social skills, proven ability to partner cross-functionally
  • Proven analytical and organizational skills, with strong accountability
  • Self-starter with experience managing projects to tight deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and be detail oriented with respect to ensuring deadlines are met without creating any negative impact to internal clients
  • Demonstrated ability to manage changing & competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills required, especially the need to have exceptional modeling skills in Excel
  • Consumer products or manufacturing experience preferred
  • Experience managing direct reports
Responsibilities
  • Key Financial partner for North America Sales organization, providing analysis & insights to key stakeholders, responsible for (1+) direct reports
  • Financial ownership for Sales Optimizations via execution and reporting of sales to margin, including:
  • Retailer Margin & Assortments
  • Promotional Analysis
  • Gross to Net & Cost of Goods
  • Work cross-functionally to develop financial models for new business opportunities
  • Create models, analyses and presentations that condense complex topics into actionable insights
  • Build and generate analysis from a variety of different data sources and functional groups on a global basis
  • Drive internal process improvements and continually identify opportunities for automation to allow the team to perform world-class analytics
  • Proactively drive ad hoc strategic and operational analyses or projects and other duties as assigned
