Responsibilities

Key Financial partner for North America Sales organization, providing analysis & insights to key stakeholders, responsible for (1+) direct reports
Financial ownership for Sales Optimizations via execution and reporting of sales to margin, including:
Retailer Margin & Assortments
Promotional Analysis
Gross to Net & Cost of Goods
Work cross-functionally to develop financial models for new business opportunities
Create models, analyses and presentations that condense complex topics into actionable insights
Build and generate analysis from a variety of different data sources and functional groups on a global basis
Drive internal process improvements and continually identify opportunities for automation to allow the team to perform world-class analytics
Proactively drive ad hoc strategic and operational analyses or projects and other duties as assigned

OVERVIEW:

The position of Manager, North America Retail within Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), will be responsible for supporting cross-functional departments with a focus on the North America Retail business. The primary responsibilities will include working closely with our sales & commercialization teams on pricing, promotional strategy & in-depth margin analysis. The position will provide critical support in the managing of the NA Retail P&L including its various line items from Sales to Contribution Margin. Reporting to the Senior Director of FP&A, this position is part of a dynamic team that works in a fast-paced environment where keen attention to detail and the ability to work nimbly with cross-functional teams is crucial to success.

Duties & Responsibilities:
