  • Relevant industry work experience.
  • Relevant trade certification is an asset, including 309A.
  • PMP certification or a desire to pursue PMP certification.
  • Knowledge of the electrical industry and electrical design principles.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and budget management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD TrueView.
  • Familiarity with enterprise resource planning systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
  • A valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and full-time use of a company vehicle.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to customer locations as needed.
Responsibilities
  • Ensure all work is completed on budget, on time, and in accordance with applicable plans, specifications, codes, and industry standards.
  • Adhere to all project management policies and procedures.
  • Review projects with Project Coordinators, foremen, and onsite crews.
  • Provide mentorship, coaching, and training to Project Coordinators, foremen, and lead hands as needed.
  • Work with the Field Services scheduler and purchasing team to resolve anticipated staffing needs, staffing changes, and material purchases to avoid project delays.
  • Be responsible for quality control of all completed work onsite and in-house.
  • Gather project information and costs to compile and write change notices and document out-of-scope work.
  • Work with the TMG finance team to ensure customer files, job files, and quotes are accurate and completed in a timely manner.
  • Participate in weekly production meetings.
  • Assist in obtaining new customers as requested.
  • Conduct oneself professionally in alignment with company values, including language use, attire, and workmanship.
  • Perform other duties as required.
Desired Qualifications
  • Relevant trade certification, including 309A, is an asset.
  • PMP certification or a desire to pursue PMP certification.
