The Opportunity
The Director of Digital Transformation in HR is responsible for driving the strategic implementation of cutting-edge technology solutions that enhance the employee experience, optimize HR processes, and position HR as a key business enabler. This role leads efforts to deliver best-in-class tech solutions, streamline processes, and foster innovation within HR to enable efficient workforce management, learning, and development. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of digital trends, HR technology platforms, and transformation methodologies to create a high-performing, digitally-enabled HR function.

Your Role
Strategic Leadership: Lead the development and execution of the HR digital transformation strategy, aligning with the broader organizational objectives to position HR as a business enabler.
Technology & Enablement Solutions: Identify, evaluate, and implement best-in-class HR technologies (e.g., HRIS, ATS, LMS, analytics tools) that enhance employee engagement, improve talent management, and drive operational efficiency.
Process Optimization: Analyze and re-engineer HR processes using digital tools to eliminate inefficiencies, automate workflows, and ensure scalability for future growth.
Change Management: Oversee change management efforts by building a digital culture within HR and across the organization. Ensure all employees are equipped and supported through the digital transformation journey.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with IT, Operations, and other key business functions to ensure HR’s digital initiatives are integrated into the broader enterprise transformation roadmap.
Employee Experience Focus: Design and implement digital solutions that prioritize a seamless employee experience, from onboarding through offboarding, and improve overall employee engagement.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Drive the adoption of data analytics and insights to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives, improve workforce planning, and inform business decisions.
Vendor Management: Manage relationships with third-party technology vendors, ensuring that tools and platforms are effectively integrated, secure, and scalable.
Innovation & Trends: Stay informed about the latest trends in digital HR, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously drive innovation within the HR department.
What You Will Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
8+ years of experience in HR, digital transformation, or a related field, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of HR technology platforms (e.g., HRIS, ATS, LMS) and evolving technology trends (how they are being utilized)
Proven track record of successfully leading digital transformation initiatives in a large, complex organization.
Excellent project management and change management skills and meticulous attention to details skills.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $ 162000 and USD $ 324,000 per year.
However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
