Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of the HR digital transformation strategy, aligning with the broader organizational objectives to position HR as a business enabler.
  • Identify, evaluate, and implement best-in-class HR technologies (e.g., HRIS, ATS, LMS, analytics tools) that enhance employee engagement, improve talent management, and drive operational efficiency.
  • Analyze and re-engineer HR processes using digital tools to eliminate inefficiencies, automate workflows, and ensure scalability for future growth.
  • Oversee change management efforts by building a digital culture within HR and across the organization. Ensure all employees are equipped and supported through the digital transformation journey.
  • Partner closely with IT, Operations, and other key business functions to ensure HR’s digital initiatives are integrated into the broader enterprise transformation roadmap.
  • Design and implement digital solutions that prioritize a seamless employee experience, from onboarding through offboarding, and improve overall employee engagement.
  • Drive the adoption of data analytics and insights to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives, improve workforce planning, and inform business decisions.
  • Manage relationships with third-party technology vendors, ensuring that tools and platforms are effectively integrated, secure, and scalable.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends in digital HR, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously drive innovation within the HR department.
