  • 2 years IT support experience, using ITIL practices
  • Experience triaging and handling tickets through a ticketing system
  • Ability to effectively troubleshoot technical problems

  • Knowledge of administering Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Intune and Jamf in a mixed Windows & Apple Mac environment (75/25)

Responsibilities
  • Provide day to day onsite and remote support to all levels of staff including meeting rooms and event equipment
  • Manage incidents and requests through a ticketing system as well as asset management and maintaining accurate asset reports
  • Work closely with the People team to support all IT aspects of Joiners & Leavers
  • Contribute to the growing employee and technical knowledge base
  • Assist with various global projects and look to continually improve the systems, services and processes used to support customers
