Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in operations, program or change management, or operational transformation, including direct experience supporting frontline or contact center teams.
  • Demonstrated experience creating tools, automations, or durable systems that a team still uses.
  • Experience leading change through influence rather than authority across teams the candidate did not manage, including serving as the operational counterpart to Product and Tech partners.
  • Ability to work at both a strategic level and in operational detail, writing actionable narratives for senior leaders and resolving workflow details that could disrupt launches.
  • Ability to operate amid shifting priorities and re-sequence work without losing continuity or team alignment.
  • Ability to make recommendations with incomplete information, deliver difficult messages to senior stakeholders, and preserve relationships afterward.
  • Working fluency with artificial intelligence tools, with concrete examples of day-to-day use.
Responsibilities
  • Own change readiness end to end, including deployment, adoption, feedback, iteration, and a unified change calendar for every Guide-facing operational change.
  • Build repeatable tooling such as playbooks, intake processes, readiness trackers, and adoption dashboards so recurring work operates through durable, self-service systems rather than manual documents.
  • Represent frontline constraints to Product and Tech, shape release sequencing and pilots, and co-own launch readiness criteria and go/no-go decisions.
  • Own milestone readiness, including ANOC and 1/1, by establishing forums, systems, and ownership that surface and close gaps before each date.
  • Prepare frontline employees and their leaders by ensuring scripting, knowledge, communications, training, and feedback loops are in place before changes launch, and equip managers to lead their teams through changes.
  • Identify second- and third-order impacts of workflow changes on scorecards, staffing, quality, and training before launch.
  • Build partnerships across every Guide team and channel and design solutions that address organization-wide constraints rather than optimizing for one team.
  • Use artificial intelligence tools to synthesize open-text Guide feedback, draft communications and first-pass training, and prototype lightweight tools; partner with Product Operations to productionize durable solutions.
  • Make recommendations when channels have competing needs, communicate a clear point of view, and escalate genuine cross-organizational trade-offs.
  • Run post-launch monitoring and retrospectives, track sentiment and adoption with Analytics on a defined cadence, and turn launches into repeatable operating plays.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in a health plan, Medicare Advantage, or other regulated environment, including ANOC, AEP, or 1/1 readiness cycles.
  • Experience with contact center technology, including dialers, chat, workforce management, agent-assist, or artificial intelligence tooling.

Devoted Health is raising a new round of funding at a $25 billion valuation.

Devoted Health is raising a new round of funding at a $25 billion valuation. Aug 21, 2026, 12:58 PM PT Devoted Health is the latest startup to show that combining health and AI commands a premium valuation. Just months after announcing a new round of funding, the Medicare Advantage startup is in talks to raise another round that could value the company at $25 billion, according to sources familiar with the matter. That's a jump from the company's $16 billion valuation in a funding round raised earlier this year, according to sources. Devoted Health, which is based in Waltham, Massachusetts, was founded in 2017 by brothers and former healthcare executives Ed and Todd Park. The startup combines health insurance and medical care for elderly people enrolled in the Medicare Advantage market. The company's proprietary AI tool, Orinoco, helps coordinate medical care for members. Ed Park was previously the COO of athenahealth, and Todd Park was the chief technology officer of the United States in the Obama administration. "We do not comment on our capital raising activity," said a company spokesperson. The fundraising reflects growing investor enthusiasm for healthcare companies that use AI to improve both patient care and the economics of medicine. The back-to-back rounds could also signal investor confidence in Devoted's ability to scale in one of healthcare's largest and fastest-growing markets. Medicare Advantage has become a battleground for both incumbent insurers and venture-backed startups. Medicare Advantage is the private alternative to the traditional Medicare program that provides health coverage to people 65 and older and people with disabilities. The program has grown rapidly over the past decade, with enrollment more than doubling. That boom has attracted both insurance giants and venture-backed startups eager to tap into the hundreds of billions of dollars the federal government spends on the program annually. Devoted generates revenue primarily through government-funded Medicare Advantage premiums, making it part insurer and part healthcare provider. The company had 466,000 members as of January 2026, a year-over-year increase of 121%. Devoted Health's investors include Andreessen Horowitz, Venrock, General Catalyst, Iconiq, and Emerson Collective, according to PitchBook.
