Spot Freight is a third-party logistics (3PL) provider that simplifies freight management for carriers and shippers. It uses its proprietary MySpot platform to handle quoting, booking, tracking, and payments, giving carriers tools to manage relationships with shippers and loads, while letting shippers access freight quotes, load boards, and real-time tracking. The company earns fees for services such as performance measurement, contract management, load and route optimization, mode and carrier selection, shipment execution, and track-and-trace, all delivered through its technology and logistics experts. Unlike many competitors, Spot Freight operates without external investors, allowing organic growth and a strong emphasis on customer service and continuous innovation, with a goal of making freight moves timely and efficient and giving customers clear visibility and control over their transportation networks.
