About the Role:
As a Customer Support Intern, you will play an important role in building out significant parts of SentinelOne’s infrastructure, applications, and experiences.We are hiring across our engineering teams where you’ll get exposure into the cybersecurity industry. If you are interested in cybersecurity and enjoy working in a team environment, we’d like to meet you.
Our Internship Program:
Sentinel Next-Gen is our Internship Program which is designed to nurture the incoming generations of talent. Each position is a paid opportunity that lets university students dive in and gain hands-on experience while developing skills to help them grow in their early career.

Your day-to-day will involve:
- Support operational monitoring and alerting
- Assist with customer communication and expectations to resolve technical problems
- Tracking and updating the status to the customer regularly
- Escalate critical issues and roadblocks to the next tier of support
- Continually learn about the ever-evolving challenges and complexities of the cybersecurity industry
About You:
- Must be currently enrolled in a full-time, degree-seeking program with an expected graduation date in 2024
- Some exposure to Windows/Linux/MacOS, Azure, AWS
- Interest in debugging and resolving technical issues
- Enthusiastic, driven and confident: the ability to clearly and persuasively articulate the company’s mission, product and business opportunity
To be considered for this role you must be a United States Citizen on United States Soil without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Work location may be in the office, at client sites, or virtual/remote depending on business need. You must be located within the U.S. when working remotely.
