ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary Responsibilities
- Support sales to third-party hospitality sales agents (HSAs) and National Olympic Committees with efficient allocation of inventory and request analysis and approval
- Assist with pricing and commission management for sales to third-party agents
- Process returns and conduct regular audits to ensure data is consistent and accurate
- Lead seat assignment and delivery processes for these client groups and guests
- Ensure that ticketing information is kept up to date and that relevant Functional Areas are informed of changes that could impact operations
- Provide reports as required
- Train and supervise any additional ticketing staff that may be required
- Other ticketing duties, as necessary to support On Location’s successful delivery of the Milano-Cortina 2026 Olympic and Paralympic Games projects and related test events

QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, the candidate must be able to perform each essential duty above at the highest levels. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Required Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in ticketing for the Olympic and Paralympic Games and other global sporting events with official travel and hospitality providers
- Minimum 5 years of experience with event ticketing systems and databases
- Excellent computer skills with high proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, in particular advanced capability in Excel
- Proficiency in project management applications
- Strong customer service ethic
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to multi-task and manage concurrent priorities
- Fluent in English
- Excellent interpersonal skills – written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Proactive in identifying areas where support can be provided in order to meet deadlines
