Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in sustainable development, or a related field.
  • Basic skills in data management, analysis and visualization using Power BI and Excel.
  • Basic knowledge of GHG emissions, inventories and sustainability practices.
  • Familiarity with the GHG Protocol Corporate standard and the GHG Protocol Corporate Value Chain (Scope 3) Standard.
  • Interest in learning about GHG quantification tools and frameworks like the GLEC Framework or Science-Based Targets Initiative (SBTi).
  • Detail-oriented with an interest in developing efficient data collection and analysis processes.
  • Proactive and solution-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Responsibilities
  • Support the annual GHG inventory process by collecting, managing, and analyzing Scope 1, 2 and 3 GHG emissions data.
  • Contribute to the development of GHG emission calculation methodologies.
  • Assist in the deployment of GHG quantification tools and processes across the organization.
  • Support internal and external reporting on GHG emissions, decarbonization progress, and sustainability efforts.
  • Identify opportunities to improve data reliability and accuracy with cross-functional teams.
  • The role involves daily (or regular) communication with pan-Canadian stakeholders.

Intelcom handles last-mile delivery for e-commerce across Canada using internal teams and a network of independent contractors. Its technology platform optimizes routes, tracks parcels, and measures performance to run operations end-to-end.
