  • 10+ years in sales, client-facing, client success, and/or strategy roles in financial or wealth management services
  • Proven record of translating business needs into technical utilization of product solutions
  • Strong analytical skills and discipline in processes and operations
  • Knowledge of technology to engage with R&D teams and clients up to MD/C-Suite level
  • Experience as a consultant, strategist, or technical account manager driving organizational change
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives and key influencers
  • Track record of leading large projects at a large enterprise firm
  • Experience handling difficult clients or situations
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Collaborative and effective in team and cross-functional environments
  • Ability to navigate data and people for solutions
  • Independent, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Openness to travel
  • Ability to communicate in Spanish, Portuguese, or other languages is a plus
