At PwC, our people in business application consulting specialise in consulting services for a variety of business applications, helping clients optimise operational efficiency. These individuals analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.
In SAP human capital at PwC, you will focus on providing consulting services for SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) applications. You will analyse client requirements, implement HCM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of SAP HCM applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimise their human resources processes, enhance talent management, and achieve their strategic objectives.

As a manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of clients, while reporting to Senior Managers and above.
Be involved in the financial metrics.
Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients.
Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen.
Use data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision-making.
Adherence to SLAs, experience in incident management, change management and problem management.
Develop new skills and strategies to solve complex technical challenges.
Assist in the management and delivering of large projects.

Configure and customize the SuccessFactors Employee Central module to meet business requirements.
Develop and implement custom solutions using rule-based workflows, business rules, and data models.
Design and manage integrations between SuccessFactors Employee Central and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, time management systems).
Utilize middleware tools and APIs for seamless data exchange and process automation.
Perform system administration tasks including user management, role-based permissions, and security settings.
Provide advanced technical support to resolve complex issues related to Employee Central functionalities.
Collaborate with SAP support and other vendors to address system bugs and enhancements.
Stay updated on the latest SuccessFactors releases and enhancements to recommend system upgrades.
Participate in testing and validation of new features and functionalities before deployment.
Extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central configuration and technical management.
Strong understanding of HR processes and system integration techniques.
Proficiency in XML, API, and middleware technologies for system integrations.
Experience with data migration tools and methodologies.
Advanced skills in SAP SuccessFactors configuration, including business rules and workflow management.
Familiarity with SAP Cloud Platform and extension tools.
Employee Central Time off & Benefits
Configure and customize the Employee Central Time Off module to align with organizational policies and procedures.
Should be proficient in handling and configuring time off configurations like absence, work schedules in SF and replicate the same into ECC or S/4 environment.
Develop and manage complex time off rules, accruals, and workflows to automate time management processes.
Design and manage integrations between the Time Off module and other relevant systems, such as payroll and time tracking systems.
Use middleware and API technologies to ensure seamless data flow and synchronization.
Design, configure, and implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Benefits based on business requirements and best practices.
Implement and configure benefits eligibility rules, benefit plans, and enrollment workflows.
Manage integration points between SuccessFactors Employee Central and other external systems (e.g., third-party benefits providers, payroll systems).
Ensure data integrity and consistency across all HR modules (Employee Central, Benefits, Payroll, etc.).
Document system configurations, processes, and workflows for future reference and compliance.
Develop and deliver ad-hoc and regular reports related to benefits plans, employee enrollments, and other metrics.
Ensure that benefits configurations comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
Delivery lead experience:
Constantly looking to identify impediments early, actively working to resolve those impediments, and escalate when needed.
Management and tracking of cross team/squad dependencies.
Hands-on experience working on reporting and preparing presentations as part of WSR & MSR.
Management and tracking of all high-integrity commitments.
