Requirements
  • Exceptional organizational skills to organize inventory and improve efficiencies.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects efficiently and in a timely manner.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-solving skills to improve overall efficiency and overcome inventory problems.
  • Visual acuity to prepare and analyze data and figures, transcribe, view a computer monitor, and perform extensive reading.
  • Ability to use fine motor skills to operate computers, office equipment, and machinery.
  • Ability to sit for several hours at a time with periodic breaks.
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds and occasionally 40–50 pounds.
  • Ability to reach, push, pull, kneel, bend, stretch, and twist.
  • Valid driver's license, motor vehicle record in good standing, dependable vehicle, and adequate automobile insurance.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and assist with incoming and outgoing shipments, including receiving, inspecting, packaging, labeling, and dispatching materials.
  • Maintain accurate stockroom and warehouse inventory through regular cycle counts, reconciliations, and documentation of physical inventory versus system records.
  • Prepare and process materials for shipment in compliance with company standards and carrier requirements.
  • Support procurement by assisting with ordering supplies, materials, and equipment needed for daily operations.
  • Maintain and update inventory management systems, spreadsheets, and databases accurately.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate logistics, address inventory needs, and ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Assist in developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in materials and logistics operations.
  • Keep warehouse and storage areas clean and organized.
  • Support the setup, tracking, and inventory of company-issued information technology and field equipment.
  • Monitor stock levels, identify shortages or excesses, and report discrepancies or potential supply chain issues to management.
  • Assist in building Med Locker, Jump Bag, and other company-issued kits.
  • Perform other duties and assist with special projects as requested by management.
