Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Provide superior customer service and build effective client/stakeholder relationships across all organizational levels
  • Monitor and manage safety procedures, ensuring compliance with Health and Safety regulations
  • Support Facilities Manager in initiatives, process implementation, reports, and projects
  • Conduct site inspections and maintain building procedures and performance measures
  • Collaborate with Reception for daily operations and client events
  • Manage reactive maintenance within agreed timeframes
  • Operate Google's Ticketing System for day-to-day operational activities
  • Manage office supplies inventory and relevant data tracking
  • Proactively manage meeting room bookings and liaise with Building Managers
  • Monitor Planned Preventative Maintenance for soft services and adhere to JLL's business conduct guidelines
