What this opportunity involves:
The Facilities Coordinator ensures exceptional client experience in the Google Melbourne office through soft service facilities coordination, enhanced engagement, and high-touch service. They maintain and elevate partnerships between JLL, service partners, and clients while developing personal and professional skills. This client-facing role combines facilities expertise with people skills to create a hospitality-focused workplace.
The position is diverse and hands-on, requiring interaction with all organizational levels and the public. The ideal candidate is friendly, pleasant, and energetic, with a passion for excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide superior customer service and build effective client/stakeholder relationships across all organizational levels
- Monitor and manage safety procedures, ensuring compliance with Health and Safety regulations
- Support Facilities Manager in initiatives, process implementation, reports, and projects
- Conduct site inspections and maintain building procedures and performance measures
- Collaborate with Reception for daily operations and client events
- Manage reactive maintenance within agreed timeframes
- Operate Google's Ticketing System for day-to-day operational activities
- Manage office supplies inventory and relevant data tracking
- Proactively manage meeting room bookings and liaise with Building Managers
- Monitor Planned Preventative Maintenance for soft services and adhere to JLL's business conduct guidelines
