- Lead and manage components of the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close process
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, variance reports, and supporting schedules
- Perform and review complex account reconciliations (e.g., accruals, prepaids, fixed assets, intercompany, etc.)
- Ensure all journal entries are properly supported and comply with GAAP
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate financial data
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes as needed
- Analyze financial trends and provide insights to management for decision-making
- Support internal and external audits by providing timely and accurate documentation
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities
- Maintain and update accounting procedures and internal controls
