Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in Partner Management or Ops at a high-growth tech company or 3+ years in a client management role at a top-tier consultancy
  • High ownership matched with high excitement to run the gamut from overall strategy to granular tactics: from strategically planning new partner initiatives, to helping our team build out tactical tools and templates for partner roll-out
  • Exceptional relationship management, both in deepening trust with senior stakeholders at our existing partners, but also in influencing cross-functional teams to support our broader partnership work
  • Highly practical and data-driven, with an ability to draw quick learnings on what's working (and not working) at different stages of the deal life-cycle, and introduce interventions to improve our performance
  • High organization, with experience successfully leading large scale partnership roll-outs requiring cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong positional empathy, with an ability to intuit partner's (often un-articulated) needs, and work with product leadership to translate these into compelling services and offerings
Responsibilities
  • Build and foster strong relationships with senior stakeholders at our largest partners, building trust and excitement in Chapter's values, operating model, and impact
  • Design and implement large strategic new partner roll-out programs, as well as ongoing success and growth initiatives to increase partner value over time
  • Collaborate with product and marketing leaders to define and develop compelling partnership offerings, and build the infrastructure to scale our partnerships delivery and enablement over time
  • Design and implement new processes, resources, and reporting in partnership with Chapter's data and operations team to scale our partnership works
  • Derive insights from analyses you conduct to launch new process or strategic initiatives that continue to improve our partnerships work over time
