What we offer:

Group Summary:

• BS Degree, Accounting, C.P.A., M.B.A. or equivalent preferred. 
• Five (5) to ten (10) years of finance/accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of GAAP and International Accounting Standards
• Minimum of five (5) years in a manufacturing facility. 
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• SAP experience preferred
• Knowledge of IATF16949 requirements
• Knowledge of customers' trends, perceptions, needs and expectations
• Negotiating and employee relationship development skills
• Communicate clearly with customer focused vision
