Requirements
  • College degree or Licensed Esthetician
  • Minimum 3+ years of related esthetics and/or clinical training experience
  • Prior experience in a field-based role with extensive travel

  • Extensive passion for training and educating customers, potential clients, and employees on devices and products.
  • Experience with and thorough knowledge of skin care ingredients and concerns.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and communicate plans to others.
  • Possess a strong sense of urgency and organizational and follow-up skills.
Responsibilities
  • Conducts new device installations, clinical in-office hands-on training for new providers, and refresher training within assigned regions.
  • Supports and help deliver in-person training programs, in partnership with the Training & Education team, field sales, and corporate and retail accounts, including the HFX franchise.
  • Performs treatments to support corporate, training, marketing, and regional initiatives.
  • Maintains efficient routing strategies to ensure timely and consistent coverage throughout the territory.
  • Documents all activities within the territory to support close monitoring and update customer information within our CRM system.
  • Collaborates with local team (RSD, CSM, BDM, IBDM) to ensure clear communication, defined roles and responsibilities ,and meet expectations of customers in the territory.
  • Attends and support industry trade shows, as needed.
  • Utilizes marketing tools and resources to increase engagement around the Hydrafacial device and products and strategic selling initiatives.
  • Documents activity and trends in the field and communicate comprehensive data information and analysis to the National Training Manager.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
