  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field and 5+ years of experience in account management, partnerships, business development, or a related field.
  • A proven track record of managing and growing multiple accounts, ideally across retail, dining, auto/gas, or similar consumer sectors; strong interest in learning new categories.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, translate insights into actionable recommendations, and support growth initiatives.
  • Experience contributing to strategic planning and execution.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to receive, apply, and grow from feedback, with a coachable mindset and openness to continuous learning and development.

Responsibilities
  • Manage all provider and partner activities within AARP Services and the organization, including day-to-day provider relationships and activities to ensure product and program success.
  • Ensure program growth, including revenue, member value, and product-enhancement opportunities, through annual account-plan development.
  • Manage ongoing program quality control and ensure compliance with contract terms, including program and provider review processes, marketing-plan oversight, product operational plans, and product enhancements.
  • Manage or participate in provider contract renegotiations for products and programs offered to members.
  • Influence matrixed teams to optimize program functions, including strategic account planning and growth.
  • Work with providers to develop a continuous-improvement process for all program and product categories.
  • Collaborate with leadership to set strategic direction for program and program development.
  • Complete periodic competitive assessments of programs or products to monitor marketplace value and identify features and competitive advantages versus competitors.
