Senior Creative Designer

We’re seeking a talented Senior Creative Designer to elevate our brand and create impactful visual assets that resonate with our target audience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creative services and design, with the ability to execute high-quality creative deliverables efficiently and on time. The candidate should possess strong graphic design experience, demonstrate the ability to visually tell stories, and contribute to the ideation, design, and enhancement of creative assets for both online and offline channels.

You Will

• Be a key contributor to the Marketing team by conceptualizing and designing marketing materials and imagery across various media.
• Lead collateral design projects from concept through production and distribution.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Leadership teams to ensure brand and product visual consistency for content that engages our audience and supports marketing goals, including a mix of digital and print materials.
• Promote, adhere to, and evolve the organization's brand, brand guidelines, and visual identity.
• Work with the webmaster to resolve website design issues and address internal and external stakeholder needs for web-related content.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

You’ll Have

• 8-10+ years of professional design experience, preferably with an agency, in-house team, or global organization, ideally within the supply chain, manufacturing, energy, oil & gas, or transportation industries.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Canva.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding and digital design projects.
• The ability to translate complex AI and software concepts into simple, engaging visuals and transform abstract ideas into compelling visual narratives.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Product.
• The ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to stakeholders.

Pay Range: $130,000 - $150,000 base salary. Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This role is not remote. Candidates must be based in the Bay Area and are expected to report to our Pleasanton office 3-4 days per week.
