  • Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in engineering, quality role, or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in supplier or customer facing role or equivalent
  • Strong Quality Assurance / Supplier Development experience
  • Experience with FMEA, APQP, PPAP and DFM
  • Use of various lab equipment: GD&T tools
  • Experience with ISO 9001 standards
  • Customer quality liaison experience
  • Mechanical/Manufacturing processing knowledge
  • Able to read and interpret drawings/specifications
  • Good time management / project management capabilities
  • Knowledge of Process Certification/Process Robustness
  • Solid analytic and articulation skills
  • Lead team of Quality Control resources in the execution of product quality assurance daily duties
  • Participate in the development of goal setting and performance management
  • Establish and manage key quality system metrics and develop collection, analysis and reporting systems, which promote timely communication and corrective action
  • Develop quality planning/objectives, metrics and goals; lead efforts related to the Company's Quality Vision
  • Create a trusting partnership with the distributed network of Suppliers resulting in exceptional quality
  • Work with QC Inspection department to ensure daily shipments are complete
  • Participates in real-time MRB reviews with the end goal of applying lessons learned to the distributed Supplier Network
  • Facilitates cross-functional Team optimization efforts and workshops geared towards NCR/RMA reductions
  • Continuously monitor and address emerging issues while ensuring the most important projects/issues are identified through the Internal
  • Quality Team process and effectively complete those projects in the shortest time possible
  • Serve as the cultural leader promoting quality standards at all levels

  • Familiar with Asana, Tableau, Looker, Slack, Salesforce
