- Bachelors degree required in Supply Chain, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
- 8+ years broad supply chain management exposure with expertise in a specific area to include logistics, fulfillment, transportation, global trade compliance, procurement or supply chain operations
- Experience driving supply chain process improvement / Kaizen, quality Six Sigma, and Lean efforts
- Experience planning, managing, and delivering medium (6-8 month) to large (8-12+month) projects, including Brainstorming and requirements gathering.
- Proficient knowledge of systems implementation and development life cycles, including business process flow diagramming.
- Literacy with process modeling tools, MS Excel, and basic project planning tools.
- Gather and synthesize detailed, global business requirements and design specifications.
- Assess current processes. Develop and implement future business processes.
- Serve as liaison to Operation teams to develop technology systems solutions (requirements, user testing, etc.) to support WW SOS initiatives.
- Partners with key cross-functional partners to solicit customer and associate feedback to identify initiative improvement opportunities for implementation.
- Act as a liaison between the business teams and IS&T (Information Systems and Technology) to ensure that the business requirements are complete and met by the proposed technology solutions.
- Drive the design, development, implementation and management of solutions for Customers.
- Work with business leads to define and manage business process and technology roadmaps in support of long-term divisional strategies.
- Implement new ideas effectively within the Apple culture. Influence decisions and change management through collaboration, leadership, and a customer-focused approach.
- Provide functional subject matter expertise.
- Manage complex projects to major milestones. Develop project justification proposals, business cases and return on investment estimates; obtain executive approval and funding.
- Develop and maintain key project governance documentation to ensure the proper amount of structure is applied to enable project success.
- Facilitate project related testing, roll-out, and post-mortem work.
- Provide timely updates and elevate critical risks to project, management, and senior executive teams.
- MBA is desired
- Proficient at leading multiple efforts simultaneously in a global company
- Proven ability to handle complexity, deadlines, and meet cost constraints
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills across project and management teams
- Ability to lead and enhance project team effectiveness
