Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Ability to work quickly and under pressure.
  • Good documentation and math skills.
  • Attention to detail and a quality-conscious approach.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English.
  • Completion and maintenance of required annual training in standard operating procedures, environmental health and safety, and human resources.
  • Internal certifications in line clearance, serialization, and lockout/tagout.
Responsibilities
  • Operate automated and manual packaging line equipment.
  • Perform manual case labeling, visual inspections, bundling, cartoning, and labeling.
  • Maintain the production area to prevent cross-contamination through line clearance.
  • Clean packaging lines after each production run and perform line clearance.
  • Maintain overall equipment effectiveness through system entry and adherence to standards.
  • Document all activities and operations correctly and on time in the batch record.
  • Support operational excellence and environmental health and safety initiatives.
  • Maintain good manufacturing practice, International Organization for Standardization, and environmental health and safety awareness and compliance within the assigned area.
  • Attend and participate in operational excellence improvement initiatives, including cost reduction and overall equipment effectiveness improvements.
  • Perform other assigned duties.
