- Experience with Group 1–5 UAS programs (military or defense contractor)
- Understanding of ISR operations, data management, and DOTMLPF-P implications
- Proven record of supporting integrated requirements and capability planning.
- Perform analysis and capability gap identification for UAS systems at all stages (development to sustainment)
- Conduct policy and requirements research aligned with OSD/Joint guidance
- Lead coordination for UAS-related IPTs, LDWGs, and synchronization meetings
- Draft planning documents, JCIDS inputs, and UAS capability briefs
- Recommend course corrections and alternatives to AVRB leadership based on technical and operational analysis.
