Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma
  • Experience: 3 or more years of administrative and/or accounting support experience
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related fields (preferred)
  • Experience: 5 or more years of administrative and/or accounting support experience (preferred)
  • Workday system experience
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (Look-ups, Pivot Tables, etc.)
  • Self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills, ability to multi-task and work independently as well as a team
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable interacting with management
  • Demonstrated critical thinking skills and ability to exercise good judgement to make good business decisions
Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update contract data in Workday to ensure billing accuracy.
  • Review contract terms related to billing rates, renewals, and escalations.
  • Track and report on contract expirations, renewals, and rate adjustments.
  • Partner with AR and billing teams to ensure invoices align with contract requirements.
  • Support audits and internal reviews by ensuring contracts are properly documented.
  • Identify and implement improvements to contract and billing processes.
Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related fields (preferred)
  • 5 or more years of administrative and/or accounting support experience (preferred)
