Responsibilities
- Coordinate critical event logistics, including invite management, guest lists, and contract negotiations
- Participate in team brainstorms to aide in the planning of upcoming events
- Assist with post event analysis including surveys, recaps, and recommendations for improvement
- Research innovative solutions and activations
- Manage strong relationships with venues, vendors, and internal stakeholders

- Support the events team via unique experiences and at internal and external-facing events worldwide
- Coordinate critical event logistics, including invite management and guest lists, contract negotiation and invoices, catering selection, etc
- Help organize and keep all event calendars, documents and folders updated
- Participate in team brainstorms to aide in the planning of upcoming events
- Assist with post event analysis including surveys, recaps, and recommendations for improvement
- Research innovative solutions and activations
- Manage strong relationships with venues, vendors, and internal stakeholders
The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on a number of non-discriminating factors, including qualifications for the role, level, skills, experience, location, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at DV.
The estimated compensation for this role is $20.00 per hour.
